Zinc 15mg 150
(provided by Zinc Gluconate & Zinc Methionine)

Water, Zinc Gluconate, Zinc Methionine (Optizinc), Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Natural Vanilla Flavour.

One teaspoon (approximately 5ml) taken daily in water or juice with food, or as professionally directed. Shake well before use.

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
